    Deadlift 3 x 8 of 90 lbs.
    Bent Over Rows 3 x 8 (each side) of 35 lbs.
    Preacher Curls 3 x 8 of 25 lbs.
    Hammer Curls 3 x 8 of 25 lbs.
    Twist Curl-ups 2 x 40
    Leg Lifts 2 x 10
    Decline Bench Sit-ups with 10 lb. Weight: 1 x 10

    I signed up for Gold's today and this is the start of the beginning!

    Barbell Upright Rows 5 x 5 @ 65 lbs.
    Tricep Extensions 5 x 5 @ 50 lbs.
    Twist Curl-ups 1 x 40
    Bench Press 5 x 5 @ 75 lbs. (I think the reason why this is so much lower than usual is because I did the rows prior)
    Olympic Squats 5 x 5 @ 90 lbs.

    Kinda weak day, but I'll do better next time.

    10 Minutes Cardio

    Once again, not as good of a workout as I hoped, but my squats last time were unbelievable... sore for days.

    Found out I'm an idiot, b/c I was doing Christopher's routine wrong (wasn't doing incremental, so I was doing much lower weights!)

    Lunges:
    1x8 (each side): 40 lbs.
    1x8 (each side): 50 lbs.
    1x8 (each side): 60 lbs.
    1x8 (each side): 70 lbs.

    Shoulder Press:
    1x5: 90 lbs.
    1x5: 105 lbs.
    1x5: 120 lbs.
    1x5: 125 lbs.
    1x3: 135 lbs. (PR)

    Good Mornings (was initially scared, but learned to love them :))
    1x8: 40 lbs.
    1x8: 50 lbs.
    1x8: 60 lbs.
    1x8: 70 lbs.
    1x5: 80 lbs.

    Pull-ups:
    1st: 3
    2nd: 2
    3rd: 2

    Diet
    Breakfast:
    Oatmeal
    Two Eggs
    Orange Juice

    Chipotles Burrito (Steak, Cheese, Hot Sauce)

    Abs (crunches and holding my legs up horizontally as long as possible)

    Abs (too lazy to do a lot to burn, but about 30/40 sit-ups)
