Lost Weight, What's Next?

    Okay here's my situation.

    A year ago, I weighed 210+ pounds, 6'0 feet tall

    Since then I've worked out, and have dropped 40 pounds, abut 25/30 of them dropping in the last 2 months (started a low calorie diet and kept to it). So now I weight 170 pounds.

    Now, I'm not sure where to really go from here. My body is okay, I'm just kind of flabby around my abdomen/chest. How do I go about tightening up? I'm thinking I should just try to get down to 160 and see where it gets me. I dont necessarily wants to be buff or yolked or anything, I just want to be healthy and slightly muscular.

    im in a place where you were before. im 6'0" 210 but have dropped from 250. my goal is 8% bodyfat so im guessing ill need to drop another 25-30 lbs. but im pretty happy with my body right now i have alot of muscle and im exponentially more athletic which is what i really want. so my advice is now that youve lost the weight buid your body back up with muscle

    Yeah, I'm thinking of trying to dip down to 160-165, then build back up with muscle. I'm way too soft.

    IMO just start lifting heavy now, your at a healthy weight a maybe a little to thin but to each his own.

    Yeah, you're probably right.

    My whole thing when I was fat was just to lose weight and be skinny.

    But now that I've dropped all the weight and sizes, I'm opting to get a little muscular/in shape
