Okay here's my situation. A year ago, I weighed 210+ pounds, 6'0 feet tall Since then I've worked out, and have dropped 40 pounds, abut 25/30 of them dropping in the last 2 months (started a low calorie diet and kept to it). So now I weight 170 pounds. Now, I'm not sure where to really go from here. My body is okay, I'm just kind of flabby around my abdomen/chest. How do I go about tightening up? I'm thinking I should just try to get down to 160 and see where it gets me. I dont necessarily wants to be buff or yolked or anything, I just want to be healthy and slightly muscular.
