well kinda, it was the first time i was in the driver seat wheelin, i have to admit it was pretty cool. i was starting to lose interest in my truck but now i found a new love for it. theres is something strangely satifing about doing doughnuts with all 4 tires in the mud...:hsugh:.

it's cool when the truck teeters on 2 wheels, and still moves forward. that and seeing the mud moving passed your window where you can actually touch through the window.

That definitely does not look like Flagstaff...all we have here are lots and lots of pine trees, unless you go way up!!! BTW nice shots, but u must go with a buddy with another truck...when u get stuck u will understand :)

we went back, forgot my freakn camera and the tow strap :uh:,

but luckaliy i had my cell phone and we didnt get stuck. well, i almost got stuck but lucky for me i was in a gully and there was a hill right behind me (going up) so i backed up it and got a run at the mud and made it though spining all the tires.

heres my buddys Frontier doing 3 wheel motion... i havent got got quite as crazy as him yet but im getting there. no pix of the dak this time hopefully next time i wont be an idoit and forget my camara.

You oughtta make a trip out near the Rubicon. Your truck wouldn't necessarialy make it all the way through (I've never been there and don't know for sure), but it'd be fun to try out some of the other stuff. I got my start wheeling a 94 Geo Tracker out here in Tucson AZ. It did pretty damn good for itself. Rockcrawling is where its at for me, I mean the kind that requires 4low and a steady hand and foot. Mud is fun, but like you said, eventually you gotta clean and its gonna cost an arm and a leg...Rock-crawling gets you dusty at worst... :)http://www.cardomain.com/member_pages/show_image.pl?bg=CCCCCC&image=http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/9/web/2157000-2157999/2157884_4_full.jpg

    nice..

the last time i went out i did some rock crawling too. but i think i kinda decided that wheelin' really isnt for me? its fun, dont get me wrong, but for as often as i go offroad i think id rather have a lowered truck. i mean i drive 95% of my time on the road in a city so i think i would have fun more often (hugging corners, gettin sideways and such) then having a 4x4 and im also paying to have a 4x4 in gas mileage and insurance. so.. :dunno:

i havent totally decided to sell my truck but, im considering it. i kinda miss being lowered :o ..

Just because it has water in the pic doesn't mean it's lake mary...The shrubs and everything is all wrong. I go wheeling all the time out by lake mary just on those backroads and last year we had some trouble once the snow started up...it is always a good idea to go with a buddy or at least make sure your cell phone works if you do get stuck and can't get out. Mean looking Cherokee tho :p I'll say 32" BFG M/T's

they are 33's. I never really had problems with my jeep. But alot of other guys did. this pic shows the jeep after going through a pretty big pit. The wite landrover got stuck so i pulled him out. but it was a snow day from the college and we all went out [IMG]
But yeah i crashed this one and ended up getting this one...

Ya 33's will prolly get you through most of the stuff out by Lake Mary, we have had some issues when it comes to lots of rain=mud and getting my buddies exploder stuck way back on Lake Mary, had to winch him out. This year has sucked tho :hsugh: [IMG]

Thats my buddys sploder stuck...took us about 2 hours to actually get him out due to lack of traction/long enough tow strap/burnt clutch My cracker Tracker made it through before him tho. I guess once it all dried up he got stuck on some tree underneath :o
