lost it in the gym parking lot

    first time ever losing my cookies after working out. Of course it was legs day and after doing my regular squats I decided to finish with doing 225 as many times as I could and I ended up doing 16 which is alot for me. Did the rest of my workout, went into the parking and lost it (next to someone else's car :big grin:)

    some guy walked by and was like "dude, you gonna be ok?" and i said "eventually" and he left. kinda embarassing.

    edit- oh, and today was the first day i've tried eating egg beaters. maybe that's what did it!

    lol, ya i went out in the parking lot and took a shit on someone elses car!! that's how intense my workout was.

    First time I did bodyweight circuits I yacked.

    I still get sick from it sometimes but usually quit when I realize something bad will happen if I keep going.

    i've never thrown up, but i've had to leave the gym early a couple of times on leg day because i know it's imminent. it's the fucking walking db lunges that always kill me :wtc:

    out of all the exercises i do, those get my heart rate going the highest (170ish compared to 130ish after squats.) sldl also drive my heart rate up really high.

    i'm assuming it has to do with volume..
