    I am 6ft. tall.. in 7 days I have gone from 169lbs 12.5%BF to 161lbs 11%BF.

I wasn't even really trying to either.. I'm actually kind of confused as to how it happened.. and i would be really pissed about the weight loss, if my BF didn't go down with it.

The only things i can think of that I have done different in the last 7 days are:

Add fish-oil pills to my regular daily diet.
Did a good cardio session (3 miles of runningon varied hill terrain, i usually do very little cardio)
I also got hammered drunk this past saturday and probably didn't eat enough on sunday as a result.

Is -8lbs and -1.5% BF in a week a lot, or am i just tripping out? :hsd:

There is a Virgin Life Care machine that i log in to and take measurements on a couple times a week at my gym.. Same gym, same time, same machine, everytime.

I'm guessing it takes your bodyfat by testing your electrical resistance... not a very accurate measurement. I took one of those before I started working out again and it put me at 13% when I'm more like 18%

maybe you ate a lot less carbs and drank less water. there was a point at which i low carbed and lost 8 lbs in a week and my bf appeared to go down quite. it's just water weight.

what's crazy too is i was still doing the same amount of weight that i usually do for all my excercises at the gym yesterday.. Guess it is possible that it was water weight / some fat that went away.. :whoknows:
