Lost 4lb in 1 week (good thing)

    My cut is going pretty well. I weighed in last Monday at 215lb (after a bowel movement). Weighed myself yesterday and I'm down to 211 (also after a bowel movement). I'm pretty sure it's not water weight because since I started my cut, I've increased my water intake by about 2x.

    I can't physically see a difference, but I can feel the difference (shirts fit a little bit looser around the midsection).

    My numbers went up though, so :dunno:

    I'm 6'3" and roughly 18% BF...I was also carb-fasting for the first week, so that may be why.

    Edit: From this point on I expect to lose 1-2lb per week. I don't think 4lb a week is sustainable (or healthy for that matter).

    I was 6'3" 215 at the beginning of my cut last month, now i'm down to 204. Post pics, lets get a little cutting competition thing started. I have pics in my progress thread i posted today

    when i started my cut, I did it on weight watchers, lost 6lbs a week for the first 5 weeks. now i'm sitting around 2-3lbs/week

    I'll be happy if I can maintain 2-3lb per week. I know someone who did weight watchers and lost 30lb...I don't know how long he did it, but it wasn't that long.

    Friend of mine lost about 80 lbs on weight watchers.. Points program.
