Hey all. Since last february I have dropped from 200lbs down to 154lbs. This is great yes, but I still have loose skin around my stomach/torso area. It looks like I've lost a lot of weight, but I just need to "tighten it up".

How can I get rid of this loose skin? Is it just a case of doing situps to tone-up or will I need proper gym equipment?

    Thanks.

Surgery? Jesus dude, I'm only 19.

Actually, since posting the thread I have read the guy's post in the 74lbs thread on loose skin. Apparently he's young so his trainer said the skin will tighten back up over time, on its own.

Although if there are any exercise which will stimulate it then I wouldn't mind hearing them:wiggle:

instead of surgery, why don't you just get fucking pumped? Fill up that skin with muscle.

Since you're still young it will tighten up a bit over time, but as suggested before, it's never a bad idea to start bulking up. Fill that loose shit up with muscle and you'll look great.

No crap. Even if you have a little lose skin I'm sure you feel better than being 50 lbs overweight.

not to thread hijack here, but I'll soon be in the same boat as you. i've seen that coconut butter and crazy stuff like that works for fresh strechmarks, but other then surgery, the only other thing is time.

wanna know what is crazy. i never realized how much 40 pounds actualy was.

i was over at a buddies house, and his little neice was over, she's around 40 pounds. WOW. I still need to lose another 40-60 (was 280, now 240).
