Lost 30lbs in 6 months, been working out for the past 2

    Just been trying to 'eat clean', taking pure whey isolate, jack3d and multivitamin.
    Now that i've slimmed down im looking to put on some size in muscle, and was thinking about picking up Serious Mass to take in the morning?
    best weight/reps to put on bulk? Thanks for the help guys
    here are some pics, this is from before my max, i was about 210 here...got up to 220, and now at 189...(i'm 6'4)

    i dont have appetite issues, i just dont have time to cook meals and eat enough calories
