Lossing 3.5lbs a week ok?

    I've heard people say a max of two, but I think 3.5 is healthy. I know some people say anything more than 2 you losse muscle, but so far most of my muscles have gotten bigger:bowdown:

    First Meal:
    Total Whole Grain - 150/30/2

    Second Meal:
    Chicken - 300/0/60
    Cucumbers + Bell Peppers as veggies


    Third Meal:
    Whey - 220/4/48
    Skim Milk 16oz - 160/24/18
    Nut Grain Bread - 90/18/4

    Workout

    Fourth Meal:
    Whey - 330/6/72
    Skim Milk - 160/24/18

    Fifth Meal:
    Chicken - 200/0/40
    Salad + Other veggies

    Last Meal:
    1% Milk 300/36/24
