Im looking to really get into better shape this summer. I used to be a lot stronger and lifted weights regularly when I played football in highschool but I have not lifted in well over a year and a half. I am mostly looking to lose fat and cut my weight as much as I can. I would like to lose 60 pounds this summer if i can. that is my goal. I am currently 6 foot 3 and 280 pounds ( the heaviest I have ever been and I was quite shocked when I stepped on the scale ). I would like to get down to 220 by the time school starts again in the fall. Are they any work outs i should follow. I plan to run twice a day and do ab work and push ups. I will also be eating a lot healthier at home then I do at school. Any tips or help? Thanks!
