I'm losing weight (1lb a day) and I feel better than ever... I didnt change anything... am I sick?
no way you are losing 1 lb a day unless its water.
I dunno what it is but I'm losing a pound a day I drink water constantly though hmmmmm

you shouldnt consistantly be losing 1lb/day.. up your cals
yea you might be losing muscle mass..up the calories!
because any change in your diet will change the amount of water in your muscles... more or less carbs, vitamins, minerals, etc.
what's your daily routine?
No routine, but my work is pretty much physical...
And I dont think Im losing muscle tissue as there is no decrease in strenght or size
Thats a fungaii of the skin, or nails... I dont got any
Could it be the tapeworm or you guys just joshing?

Yeah its been real humid in teh last past 3 days... but I wouldnt see how I can sweat a pound a day
I lost 20 lbs in 30 days.
Have you actually weighed yourself at the same time every day? Did you actually write down what your weight was two weeks ago vs. now? Have you drastically changed your diet?
If you're essentially crash dieting, 5-10 pounds a week in the first couple of weeks could be possible, but it's going to be a lot of water weight.
I weight myself multiple times a day as the job requires it @ 11am 4pm and 11pm... I dont eat breakfast as I never did so between 11 to 4 I lose a pound, eat dinner gain a pound or two by 11pm
I dont see a change in diet, I know I should eat more than one meal a day but I have no times... i tried eating a lot but that didnt do no good. And Im not dieting at all
i sweated out 8 lbs today, but im a bigger guy. hottest day of the year today 115 in the sun.
8lbs of sweat.. I have hard time believing that...
its been like that for the last month. ill gain back about 3 lbs after dinner. and yes my scale is acurate(sp?). i dont eat breakfast and i cant stomach a big lunch. so i lose 5-8 lbs from morning till i eat dinner. i drink about 3 gals of water a day. weight was 207 in morning and when i got home it said 199. i sweat alot.
