losing weight

    If 5-10lbs is water weight.... and all I want to lose is a real 5-10lbs... would I have to actually lose 10-20lbs? Someone was saying that the other day....

    I want to be thinner than I am... Im like 117lbs but I want to go down to about maybe 110lbs somewhere there. I used to lift in highschool so I have the broad shoulders from that... but I dont lift anymore. I just go to the gym for regular excersise. Mostly cardio. I dont want that "I lift" look anymore. I loved it in highschool but now I want cute skinny arms. How am I going to lose that? It's still mostly muscle.

    I know how to gain muscle....how do I un-gain it lol.


    Any possible tips to do some of this in 30 days??

    atleast the 5-10lbs can be dropped in a month.... I wish I remembered how I dropped and gained weight in highschool for weight and track meets.... I just cant. I know its possible. I could do the 5-10lbs in like 2 weeks. That was like 3 years ago though lol

    Im so short.... I liked my figure more when I was like 110. I was lifting a lot back then but I just want that weight back.

    Im going to greece in like exactly 1 month. I need to look my hottest. This week is out unfortunently because Im getting over strep throat. But Monday I should be just fine. I suck at the dieting shit. I mean ive never been 'fat' to diet. 10-15lbs is really not that much but its probably a thin layer of fat throughout that I could spare.

    :rofl: yeah, that helps... just diet, and exercise, try your best to loose the weight, nd if u make it u make it, if not then just keep to it after yo uget back. :)
    diet should consist of u figuring out what maintanence is, and then eating under that. I myself started at Body WeightX10-14 in callories, and then worked down until i saw a loss in weight every week.:bigthumb:

    Well yeah I figured. I stay active to keep my metabolism as fast as it is. Ive kept my current weight with just excersise. Maybe like 45 mins a day of cardio. I guess I have a naturally fast metabolism because in my family (im 100% so are they) everything revolves around food lol. We eat a lot and im still thin....


    So what should I eat? I guess I need help with that. I need to cut down to where I can lose the 10lbs or so in 30 days.

    being in a deficit is going to be more important than what you actually consume.

    thats me in the red.... I just wanna look thin. I know how much guys like the curves and I think its hot too but in my bikini I think I just want less of the hourglass.

    correct, dont go too overboard on the less part, use fitday.com, or somethuing if u need help tracking the calories

    the stuff u eat is not really that important, eat stuff that u can stick with, and remain full on while in the deficit...

    well, to do it in a safe way, I would aim for 1200-1400 cals a day.
    read the noob sticky. a lot of good info in that. the main thing to that is try to stay away from fast food/sugar the best you can. that is were it really counts. Fill up with cals with good healthy chichen/fish/a little red meat wont hurt.
    I would do light sets of weight with your cardio to get a sort of tone looks but not heavy for you.
