I've heard its bad to gain/lose weight at a pace faster than 1-2 lbs per week. Why would losing weight to fast be a bad thing? Wouldn't it be good to lose weight fast if your eating properly. I have lost 10 lbs in 1.5 weeks. Assuming 4-5 lbs of water weight loss, 1 lb of muscle gain (maybe)...thats still losing about 6 lbs of lose in a week and a half. Is this bad...I started about 40 lbs over weight....and trust me im eating plenty..but clean.
