Losing weight but hate working out???

    Well I weght about 240, want to weight 200. I'm 6" and I think I have a much broader build than most people my hight and such. I just want to lose weight but I'm pretty bad at the whole working out thing, I get bored of it really quickly and because of that I don't even want to start. I'd like to eat healthier but don't know exactly where to start. All I want is something that doesn't taste like shit, I hate water but some kind of flavoring to it would be fine.

    Honestly weight lose is 90% diet and 10% exercise. However, exercising allows you to eat more. You decide what you want to do.

    You hate water? There are children dying every day because of a lack of clean water and this fat piece of overindulging shit says "I hate water." Would it make it easier on your gaping vagina if your water tasted like bacon? Go kill yourself.

    jesus christ you hate water? shit man, i ENJOY downing 3 or more bottles of water every workout and pissing it out like a machine 2 hours later. but then, i enjoy working out which you have a problem with :dunno:

    look, there are tons of things you can do to make working out more enjoyable, if you cant do it alone, assuming you have time:

    -go with a friend or two, work in with their workouts, spur each other one, etc
    -take an iPod/mp3 and listen to some tunes while you throw shit around
    -start writing down what you are pushing and pulling, you will notice increases quickly which will give you more motivation

    etc

    you probably dont realise, but people who engage in resistance training (ie throwing shit around) burn more calories at a resting rate than people who dont lift. i.e a lifter can sit on the couch and watch tv next to you and burn more calories doing nothing than you. muscle mass=more calories burnt @ rest =more weight loss (assuming caloric defecit) so it will help your weight (fat) loss if you add a bit of muscle.
