6ft,215, 20% BF Atm, not to bad coming from 6ft,255,32% BF
what % are you at now? 20lbs seems like alot...

Why would you want to be that lean (10%) with that little of muscle? Unless the shirt hides it
Nah I dont have much upper body, all lower body and abs 100 Decline Crunches with a 45lb plate.
But really I want to get down to 10% before I start bulking
I'd say that's pretty pointless in your position. Going from 12-14% to 10% and under is pretty tough and with that little of muscle, I just don't think it's worth it. I guess that's all up to you though
Im just taking most of FN advice, and Im at about 20% BF
yeah you'd need a lot more lean mass to end up at 190-195lbs @ 10% bf

Squatting around 245 but my left ham keeps wanting to go out on me

DL 265 but keep losing my grip
I have strong legs, and lower back. And how if I had 40lbs of fat now at %20 would I not need to lose 20lbs of fat to get to 10% BF

I could easily do more if I wanted to have surgery on my left ham again, so until I get it well built up im sticking to light weights
Tore my left hamstring and busted my left knee cap bike ridding
And the 20% Was done with a 7fold skin site
But I dont really see a problem with him cutting down even more if he's around 20%. I dunno about going all the way down to 10, but he should keep going IMO

Oh I agree. 20% is too high. If I were him, I'd go down to around 13 or 14. After that, it just gets really tough and if you don't have a good amount of lean muscle, you're just going to look stupid.
