Loseing weight = Extra Skin

    So I've lost a few KGs over the past 1-2 months and I have a TOUCH of extra skin from where the fat was, how long does it take for the body to absorb it?

    Sadly, it never will. If it bothers you go under the knife.

    really depends on age and skin elacticity. Hydration, both drinking water and using topical hydrating agents can help.

    the older you are and higher estrogen exposure (previous and ongoing) that you have the less likely it will regain its original structure.

    Using androgens, aromatase inhibitors and/or GH can help in some cases. Though really depends on how significant the issue is, some people will require surgery (then again as noted above- some wont and some can avoid it with proper treatments)
