lose 2% bf in a week...!

    so daily routine and diet is:

    wake: 15 min in place jog

    morn: 2 scoops of whey, 2 tbsp brewers yeats, mixed in yogurt with muesli , dried fruits, and almonds

    bike 2.5km to work

    1 coffee

    lunch: 1 whole grain roll with 200g turkey , sambal , mustard

    post lunch 2 coffees

    2.5-8km run, and typical weight lifting

    after: cottage cheese, a few cashews, whey, and honey mix

    2.5km bike home

    dinner: home made fajitas, or salmon + pickle mix, or sushi ... depending on next event:

    exercise 2: bike 10km, or kick boxing 1 hour, or soccer 1 hour

    post: same as morning meal

    thats mon-fri

    ----------------------------------------------------


    similar on weekend except no lifting, substitute 20km bike for sat

    and sunday 40km 1 way, 50km total: (rotterdam east -. den haag)

    after that we went to the beach, had veins all over my legs

    and the victory dinner:

    Argentinian restaraunt, most quality red meat you can get, they serve 500+g of lean cuts on a portable charcoal grill, so you can sear piece by piece

    There are plenty of girls that think that guys who pluck their eyebrows are wack. :ugh2:

    Percentages are less impressive when you're already lean and relatively light. Good work none-the-less.

    yeah i would pluck the middle out too asap... :rofl:

    was expecting to see striation in the delts.. etc. but good still progress going from around 14% to 12%
