Loosing weight

    I was wondering if anyone could help me. I am looking to loose 10 to 15 pounds that I have put on after a bad case of mono about 6 months ago, where I wasnt able to do anything but lay there and get fat. I run occasionally, but with tendonitis in both knees, one day of running means sore knees for a week. Also I am addicted to carbs, I could eat an entire loaf of italiam bread in one sitting. It doesnt help that I live with my boyfriend who is rail thin and eats pasta for just about every meal. When I get home at night, I really dont wanna fix two meals so I just eat what he eats. Anyway any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    you want to 'loose' it or 'lose' it?

    sticky will help you lose it, not sure how you can loose it though

    well it just sounds like you are lazy. No offense but thats how people get overweight. It isnt a joy ride losing weight so just suck it up and start going to the gym and running and eat healthier. Make yourself something healthy and dont eat what he eats. I know its tempting but if you really wanna lose weight then you will have to do things you dont like.
