loose skin

    so i have lost probably 40lbs since i started working out, and now i have some loose skin, mostly in my stomach area, is there something special i could do to help get rid of that quicker and tighten it up or do i just have to wait?

    I was also going to say this.

    My hope and dream is to be about 210-220 and 12% BF :coold:

    Right now I'm cutting until I'm down to around 190 (from 260 :eek5:) and then I plan on bulking like a madman :o

    What will realistically happen to me is I will cut down to 230 or so, gain a lot of muscle, then cut from there :fawk:

    evertime you bulk and cut back down itll get better

    im at 195 today (6'2" tall) from about 235 in beginning of dec. but still have some belly fat i want to take care of and some fat in my ass. :o

    I can't wait to see how much loose skin I will have when I'm done. But I started as a big fat ass. 6'4 378lb. Right now at 304lbs. Want to get to 240 before my wedding in october and after that I would ideally like to be around the 220 range but I have to see what that looks like.
