After lots of pain and difficulties in my shoulder I have decided to set up an appointment with the doctor and from the sounds of it I may have to have surgery on my shoulder. It used to not be this bad but since I started adding more and more weight the should just kept dying quicker and quicker by the second set I couldnt support the weight. God I hope rehab isnt long.

Good luck. I talked to my dock about getting shoulder surgery once and he pretty much told me it is about the worst joint to have surgery on, just because the muscle, connective tissue and joint mechanics are so complex in that area. He pretty much said to wait until I can't possibly stand it any longer.

why did you go heavier and heavier when you had shoulder problems? had this been a long term problem u've had for months/years? or something you developed while training and just ignored.
