Looking to work a particular area, all I have is a bar, advice

    I lift to aid in weight gain. How can I develop my lower back and sides along my ribcage and lovehandles, using just a bar?

    in my shakes I mix:
    carbomax
    whey protein
    some synthetic GNC weightgainer (1200 caloriesin 2 large scoops, I use 3)
    peanut butter
    milk

    I do routine deadlifts, does this mean I am covered and can delete the thread? :o

    Also, should I be worried about ingesting so much of these man made weight gainers and protein powders? cantbe good for you. just wondering

    for some reason, my serratus (rib cage muscles) get really sore when i push press
