    i'm 6'5"

    200 lbs.

    looking to be toned and fit.

    what does OT suggest?

    i'm in decent shape - just feeling slow and sluggish.

    i'm a bit under 6'4" and 200 and I need to get bigger... I think if you cut down and spend enough time on F&N looking at big dudes (or in your gym if there are any) you'll realize how skinny you are, even if you aren't cut (aka skinnyfat).
