I am currently trying to jumpstart some weightloss. I have started to cut my cal intake on good days to around 2200, and bad days (drinking) about 3000. That is down from a whole lot more. I am looking to either add a meal replacement or take a fat burner maybe both. I never wake up for breakfast and i dont ever pack a lunch. SO i was thinking i would replace those two meals due to the fact they are most likely to be fast food. I dont drink soda, i am back to about 10 glasses a water a day. I will prolly start taking in more water if on a fat burner. I drink everyday, somedays are just a becks light or 2. I am better at drinking than before, i no longer drink long islands (with redbull and no sweet and sour) about a 600 cal drink. I stick to my light beers and a few shots, maybe 2 nights a week.
