Looking to gain weight...

    I'm looking to put on about 10-15 pounds in a healthy manner....would protein shakes, weight gainer, etc. help? Any suggestions would be appriciated...........

    Weight gainers aren't necessary and I'm finding that out the hard way. A good diet is the way to go and if your are trying to gain weight that means a shitload of weight. It sounds like you would be looking to clean bulk, clean bulking is tough so you might want to count your calories to make sure you are getting enough. Protien powder is nice, but it isn't necessary. If you are looking for a type, the general consensus is that ON (optimum Nutrtion) is the way to go.
