How do I get my site (work in progress) to function the same across all browsers? It looks great in Safari, ok in Firefox, and like crap in Explorer. I hate Explorer and I hate that most of my end users don't know that any other browser exists. http://www.moto-digital.com/spi_v1/esop.html

You should get used to coding for IE.
Our company's website. We have more iPhone hits than Google Chrome hits.

    Code:
Browser Visitors % Internet Avg %
    1. Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 44.0% 48.8%
    2. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 33.4% 23.8%
    3. Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.1 7.1% 0.8%
    4. Mozilla Firefox 3.0 4.1% 15.3%
    5. Mozilla Firefox 2.0 2.1% 0.1%
