Hey, Just need some help,:p. I don't really know much about computers.
My current computer speaks not working properly, not getting quality sound.
I have around $460-500 to spend around 390 us dollars
    I am thinking of Logitech® Z-5500 Digital
I am getting those for around 422 AUD.
Or should i get something else better around same price?
Also i would be connecting the ps3 to it. So i would true 5.1 sound, no connection problems or anything?
Also is this suitable for watching movies with family and stuff?

THe sound card. currently i have soundblaster 5.1 but think of changing to x-fi xtreme music edition. Also on my mother bord (GIGABYTE GA -K8NXP-9, it's has a onboard 8 channel sound), some water got into the audio sockets, i think not sure and sound is comint out properly, so i bought the soundblaster 5.1 as a cheap temp replacement, the mb also has a SPDIF in/out, so if i use that to connect to the logitech speakers instead of buying a new sound card, will there be any sound degredation?

just save your money and get a decent HT-in-a-box.

Or get a better pro-audio setup.

I'm running some Yamaha HS50M studio monitors and KRK Rockit 10" sub.

sounds 11ty times better than any setup Logitech can give you.
