looking for some feeback on my workout routine :hs:

    first time posting here :o

    how does my workout routine look, I try to keep it around 1-1.5 hours 3 days a week to leave room for having a life outside of the gym, I'd like to improve it where I can though :hs:

    day 1

    curls:
    7 sets of 8 w/105lbs

    bench:
    155lbx15
    175lbx10
    185lbx8
    215lbx5
    225lbx5

    incline bench
    4x10 w/155lbs

    hanging leg lifts
    sets of 10-20 until I can't do them anymore

    1.5 mile run

    day 2

    torso twist machine
    3 sets of 10 in each direction w/ 100lbs

    rear delt fly machine
    5 sets 10 w/ 110lbs

    assisted wide grip pull-ups (on a gravitron machine)
    5 sets 10 usually with 90lbs on the machine so about 130lbs resistance

    military press:
    4 set of 10 w/ 60lb dumbells

    shoulder shrugs
    5 sets 15 w/ 90lb dumbells

    hanging leg lifts/situps/flutterkicks
    sets of 10-20 until I can't do them anymore

    2-2.5 mile run





    for day 3 I just run 3-4 miles




    I really want to work some leg exercises back in other than running, I am thinking about swapping the 1.5 mile run on day one for squats
