Hey guys pardon my noobness. Can you guys reccomend some reputable schools(mma, or should I look in a specific style?) in the surronding area (toronto). If more info is needed about myself, please let me know.

    Thanks

I hear Lin is excellent and that Kombat Arts is more of a Muay-Thai/kickboxing place

that's really all I can tell you

Toronto BJJ and Lin martial arts pretty much teach the same things correct? Its just preferance on which place you prefer....

well right now i go to www.revmma.com.... its walking distance from my house so i can go alot

if i had a choice i would go to toronto BJJ then Lin would be second... but TBJJ is soo far from me and i wouldnt be able to make it there enough .... i only hear good things about both places... i have trained with some people from lin's and they were really cool so i figure it all comes down to location...

if your doing it for mma i would go to tbjj or kombat.. for just jits either is fine .... i heard that TBJJ might become a chuteboxe afill.

^^^thanks, I was looking at some of the scheduals and even though im most intrested in mma, I should als be taking other classes too right? like bjj, etc. Also kombat and tbjj do hold like competitions, like you can go against others for more real experience?
