I was doing a full body routine for the last 6 months with decent results that have become stagnant. I have achieved considerable weight loss and am now looking ti change things up.

I am 5 11 235. Looking to cut a bit more and gain strength. Hereis the equpment we have at my firehouse gym.

    Iso lateral shoulder press
Iso lateral shoulder / back press
Lat / row / rope pulldown
    Seated dip
    Seated leg curl
    Iso lateral leg extension
    Flat bench
    Preacher bench
    Ez curl bar
    Incline bench seat (adj)
    Dumbells 5-50 and a set of 75
    More than enough plates
    2 Treadmills
    1 Stair mill

    Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I follow the 'Bulking for Endomorphs' routine, the only thing I can't do is the leg presses, I don't have that equipment at home. I replace those with leg 3 sets of extensions and 3 sets of leg curls. You have more then enough equipment to follow that. You can probably switch between dumbbell and barbell exercises week to week it looks like ... :big grin:
