Hi, I've been lurking mostly for a few months... I'd like to ask for some comments on my routine: Day 1: (Biceps-Back-Shoulders) Lat Pull Down Seated Cable Row Pullover (machine) Back Extension (machine) DB Bicep Curl DB Shoulder Press Lat Fly Shrugs Unilateral Sidearm Raise Back Raise Pullups Day 2: (Tricep-Chest-Abs) Pushups Flat Bench (free with spotter, otherwise machine) Incl Bench (free with spotter, otherwise machine) Dips Tri Press Russian Twists Crunches (machine) Crunches (free) Pec Fly (machine) Day 3: (Legs) Incl Press Leg Extension Leg Curl Calf Raise Squat ----- I'm looking to cut out some of the 'lesser' exercises and add things like deadlifts... but I'm not sure where... I can't extend my workouts cause I barely have time to get them done as it is... ----- Supplements: 2 ON whey shakes a day w/ 2 scoups w/ 2tsp L-Glutamine in them Sometimes: Creatine mono before a workout. Notes: ... I've gained about 5lbs of muscle in the last 10 months... or so... I tried cutting up for a few weeks, but it's not worth it cause i'm not big enough yet... that and i'm always hungry... bulking is a good excuse to chow like mad.
