I'm a beginner in this field and dont have the funds to join a $100/mo gym. I recently graduated college and am interning in the DC area. Meanwhile, I bought a pair of 25lb dumbells. You guys have a huge great resource here and I was curious if any of you cold look at my workout/diet.

    7am - Jog 1mi
    8am - Bowl of cereal
12pm - Lunch with chicken breast or Ham and Cheese sandwhich
    6:30pm - Whey Milkshake
    7:00pm - Workout Rountine

8:00pm - Steak or Chicken Dinner with a light cesar salad.

Commends welcomed. Thank you. I've thought about getting into eggs. Ideas?

    EDIT:

BTW my current weight is 175 looking to be 190.

    Edit #2

It looks like you're eating about 1500 calories, you need to double your calories if you're going to ever get to 190. Eat some supper. Additionally, I don't know any gym that costs $100/month, a year package might run you around $200-300, or a monthly fee of $30.

Join a gym, they don't cost 100/month. If you don't join a gym you'll just get fat.
