I am looking for some software that will monitor the ammount of traffic being used by my webserver.

    I am using IIS 5.0

It would be best to know by website, but all bandwidth the server is using is fine too.

I've seen a few pieces of software that work with a router, but I have a gimp linksys.

    Any ideas?

there's crapsys firmware that will give you SNMP ability.

for something on the box, there's SNMP, DUMeter, Urchin, Webalizer, Analog, etc.

Trafmeter, creates logs based on http headers for multiple sites. Works great, I've used it on a webserver with about 100 domains.
