I'm looking for an email script (if this exists) that basically mimics thunderbird, or outlook, but on the web. So a user could login, synchronize all of their emails at one place...

For example I would visit email.com, signup, login, and synchronize all of my mailboxes. So when I'm on the go I can go to "email.com", and see all of my mail from yahoo, gmail, etc

    any scripts like this?

I know that's not really what you're looking for, but you're not going to do any better than that. You can set them up to run as the actual mail server for your domain too (Google Apps), which can be accessed from mail.yourdomain.com.
