    ..that continuously refreshes a browser window.. even a VBScript, if someone can write one for me. :x:

    I'd probably make a simple html page, with a frameset, and in a hidden frame, make a meta tag refresh of the visible frame showing the page you want.

    You can do this as well on the server side FYI - useful for displaying scores (NHL.com boxscores for example).
