Looking for a Training Program....

    I remember a while back there was a training program posted (well a link given to one) for a Strength + Speed type lifting and conditioning which was aimed towards football. I am basically where I wanted to be at for my cut so I am going to maintain a couple weeks and then I want to try to get back in shape to possibly try to walk on to my schools football team. Which is getting harder daily cuz we keep getting better and better in rankings meaning recruiting will b better, etc. I basically have about 4-5 months to get back into shape to at least try to make the team, so anywayz... to the point

    Does anyone have the link to or remember which training program I am talking about? or if not, Does anyone know of a good strength/conditioning program to use for someone who already has a fairly solid base already?
