looking for a solo lifting routine

    well my lifting buddies are being pricks so i'm looking for a solo routine. I lift 4 days a week and would like to work a different area each day. I will usually run 20 to 30 min. each day too.

    any routines would be greatly appreciated

    Dude, you dont really need a training partner for any routine. If on the rare occasion where you need a spot or something, ask a random kid at the gym that looks like he aint doing shit anyways.

    I haven't had a training partner in over a year and it hasn't ever stopped me from doing ANY exercise.

    This man has the right idea.

    Most people dont need that though.
    Especially a spotter for machines like I see.:ugh:

    thats why most people will look the same and be at the same strength level for the rest of their lives

    When it gets to that point ask for a spot or take someone when hitting the PR or weight you cant finish reps with.

    Unless its like a BAlly's or an LA Fitness that is filled with chicks then you can find someone to help you.

    I thought every routine was a solo routine.

    I always work out by myself, but if I am going for a pr I just ask someone for a spot

    or at the least someone who looks like that knows how to spot.


    if i had a 4 day split it'd look something like this:
    day 1: legs/abs
    day 2: chest/tricep/shoulders
    day 3: legs/abs
    day 4: back/bicep/forearm

    now that i'm stronger than all my friends that started lifting way before i did, i train by myself all the time these days. I wish that i had someone to work with on a regular basis that was stronger than me, i've found that it can really make a huge difference.
