    i want to get an older car, 69' to 75' ish and rebuild and mod the engine and maybe some body mods. whats a nice car for a project. i really dont have much knowledge on this stuff but my dad will help me through most of it. i just need to decide what car to look for. thanks

    69 Camaro...just get a base model car and clone an SS or Z...cool ride for a fraction of the buy-in.

    If you do a 69 Camaro do a Baldwin motion clone or a yenko clone. You don't see many of them and it would certainly turn heads.

    AS far as what car to get that depends on which styles you like the most. I'd wouldn't go with anything too different or you won't find parts and you won't be able to sell it. Stick to camaros, mustangs, corvettes, gto, chevelle, novas and those types of cars. DOn't get something like an AMC javelin.
