I have been searching for the ideal mass building routine which is made up primarily of dumbbell exercises since I recently picked up a new bench and a nice set of dumbbells, I have searched all over bodybuilding.com and google but have not come across one that I like that much yet... I also have a home gym and like to do bodyweight exercises as well like push ups, dips, pull ups, etc. Does anyone have any recommended routines for me to try out, main goals are to build mass in conjunction with my high cal/protein diet. Some of the ones I have found seem pretty good but I am sure there are much better ones out there if anyone can point me to one. If any of you use one that you really like I would love to know what you guys recommend as one of the better routines.
