I'm looking for a program, I thought it was in the software sticky, but can't seem to find it. It's a program that blacks out the rest of the screen while it's focused on just one application. If there is one for windows also, that would be good. I use my 17" MacBook Pro for almost everything, but have a ThinkPad X31 for carrying around. If anyone knows of some good software, let me know

Because I get very easily distracted, and if I see a dock item bouncing, I'll feel compelled to click it to stop and see why its bouncing. If it's someone sending me messages, then I'll want to continue talking with them, thus procrastinating more than I need to.
