Something that has a table-based form where I can put in exercises, weights, reps, etc for my workouts; also, I'd like to have the same kind of table for my meals, calories, protein, etc.

Anybody know of anything like this? I'd like to be able to just log in to my website and update this stuff instead of messing with an Excel file all the time.

    Thanks.

I looked at Fitday and I hated it. I'm not so concerned about it telling me how much I'm burning. I just want a general log.

    1) It's a lot. Notice the space between the `a` and `lot`.

    2) Not really. It's easier to parse the input data with javascript into an array and pass that. Much cleaner and easier to work with.
