Looking for a PDF

    In the last few months someone posted a link to a pdf for a routine that was based on lifting three times a week. I don't remember who wrote it or posted it. Day one ended with a bunch of compound movements, like a dead, into push press into squat and I do remember it had run 1/2 a mile at the end of day two. Can anyone repost the link?
