Since my car now sits outside all the time I need something to protec the dash from getting dry and cracking but I don't want to have such a shine on the dash that I can read my VIN in the reflection. What are the pros using these days

Optimum Protectant Plus. Nice satin sheen and it has UV protection. If you want zero shine and just a factory new look, then Meguiars Interior Quick Detailer is what you want.

Works like a champ, but I think it smells kinda funky.

Optimum Opti-Seal is pretty durable and insanely easy to use...

Exactly as easy to use as the video.

Just remember when using something like Opti-Seal, there are NO fillers to take care of minor imperfections, so be sure to polish that sucker really well first.
