huh, what does that stuff mean, what are your goals, where are you at now?

  3. those are training programs i have done. i dont necessarily have a weight goal in mind. when i did optimized volume training i bulked to 218 and cut to 200 for spring break. now im ready to start bulking again.

  5. yea just size is what i want. sorry about the acronyms figured you guys knew them.

max ot = maximum optimized training
ovt = optimized volume training (5x5 training with supersets)
wbb1 = first wanna be big training program. much like max ot where it's mostly strength training

I really doubt you've maxed out on each of those programs, maybe you just need to be more consistent and put in the work.

It means why stop using a routine if you're still making strength gains on it.
