    The editor MUST:
    -> Do syntax highlighting
    -> Have function-autocomplete, with preferably know the elements to the function)

    Preferred would be:
    -> Code folding (for functions and if statements)

    The editors I have used are:
    Coda: Does syntax highlighting, also does the autocomlete functions, but does not seem to know the elements of the function. Also does not seem to do code folding

    BBCode: Does not do auto-complete, or code folding

    Smultron: Does syntax highligthing, the site says it does function-autocomplete, but I cannot find the option in the settings ANYWHERE, and does not offer code folding

    Any suggestions?

    The best editor for the P's is, imo: Activestate Komodo

    http://www.activestate.com/Products/komodo_ide/

    The regex helper is soooo sweet. Overall, this thing is helpful, I believe it has what you need but is lightweight. It isn't quite free, though.
