Lookin' for some workout advice

    Alright so here's the deal, I'm basically a twig, 6'0" 160, and two-a-days are starting on Monday and I was wondering if anyone could suggest any sort of supplements or otherwise advice that would lead to optimum weight/muscle gain with minimal health risks. No anabolics either, they drug test us. :nono:

    Well I'm going to be working out Monday through Saturday for the next three weeks, I was wondering what there was to do to get the most out of it.

    All high school athletes, anyone involved in a non-athletic extra-curricular, and anyone with a parking permit, as well as anyone that joins voluntarily.

    Wow.

    Since your coaches will have you lifting, just make sure you eat enough and drink a shit load of fluids.

    They "reserve the right to," which of course means they won't, but I don't want to take a chance.

    there are more reasons for a high school kid to not take gear than the fact theat you are getting tested.


    anyway, proper hydration 1-2 gallons of water + salt and potassium tabs if you are out in the sun all day sweating which you will be. Try 1/2 water 1/2 pedialyte for great hydration. Eat plenty of carbs, both complex and simple....fruit, rice, good choices......protein shakes.....maybe some glutamine.....vitamins......extra vitamin c......ice baths directly after workouts during 2 a days......wtf why am I writing all this

    hm. eat more, eat more, lift heavier, drink protein. protein and food are all you need if you wanna get big...
