Some vitamins are not water soluble and will not get pissed out in excess, they will get stored in fat tissue.

Well I know I need a multi v, protein, whey. 17hd whether it really is a test booster or not gives me energy to go through workouts above and beyond what i'd normally do. Fish oil because of omega 3. L-Glutamine to help muscle development. I'm not sure what ones arent helping me. I know gains will come. Im just trying to make them come just a little faster

I'd make sure i'm getting my EFA's as well tho, it's hard to get adequate EFA's without eating shit loads of fish.

I dont think supplements are useless exactly, but if you're wanting to gain weight supplements arent really a necessity. Weight gain is based entirely on energy balance. I would suggest if you want to put your money someplace a little more useful, just put it into regular groceries.

That said, nothing youre taking is going to hurt you, and it will have some benefits.

"I have a hard time gaining weight" is a load of crap, sign up for www.fitday.com and track your calories, increase if you're not gaining.

No, it's not a load of crap. I DO have a hard time gaining weight. I didn't say it was impossible to gain weight like so many other people do. I know I have to eat ALOT. It's hard for me though when I work all day doing manual labor (burning more calories) and then having school for 5-6 hours at night after I work full time. It's hard to get time in to eat enough to gain the weight I want to. I know I can do it, it's just hard.

    :ugh:
I get up at 5am everyday, work 9 hours lifting wooden beams, go home and sleep, then go to school for 3 hours or the gym. I've gained more since I started than I did when I wasn't working, why? Because I started EATING.
    My food today:
breakfast: Protein shake w/ ice cream & milk, English muffin with butter, Coffee, 3 fish oil pills
First break: Homemade Sandwhich, Banana, Mix-nuts bar, 1/2 bagel w/ cream cheese
    Lunch: Wendy's classic triple
Second break: Homemade sandwhich, Mix-nuts bar, 1/2 bagel w/ cream cheese
Now it's almost supper and I'll have another 2 meals before bed. I'm probably already pushing 3000 cals.
    edit:
Snack: Kraft dinner, glass of milk, baked potato, 3 fish oil pills

I get up at 5:20 every morning, get to work at 6 and work till about 2 or 3 then i have to do hmwk and shit and get ready for school and leave at 4:40 for school and im there until 10:30pm. I dont get home till 11. So trying to fit in so much food inbetween is difficult for me and also trying to get the right amount of sleep which I dont get either. Also my metabolism sucks balls
