Hey everyone! Hope you're all doing well! Sorry I haven't been around, I've been away from a computer for a while. I'm doing pretty good though and will have to post update pics sometime. I miss you all

James asked me a question that I simply don't know the answer to, I was hoping you guys would know. He apparently overdid it while doing some necessary maintenence on the house and car and has had muscle soreness in his arms for over a week now. 1 has regained most of its strength but the other fatigues easily and causes him pain. He's also reporting all-over soreness and easy fatigue in muscles he didn't even overexert. He asked me what he can do to relieve it (on a tight budget) or what is causing it. I told him to get some R&R but I know there is more he needs to do, although I'm not sure what it is. Some coworkers of his said it "sounds like a muscle tear" in the arm that's giving him the most trouble. I figured you guys would know better than some chumps who lift only right before they go on vacation :mamoru:

    Thanks in adavance!

I guess I should have just asked "what do you do for overexerted muscles?" that's basically all he wants to know. But I'll let him know about the head thing :mamoru:

If he's fatiguing quickly it could be any number of things. Have him take some multivitamins for a few days, get plenty of calcium, water, etc. Hot pad would help if it the muscle were torn at all. If it's not at least a little better within 2-3 days it could be some sort of pathological neuromuscular thing.
