Would it be wiser to buy a long sleeved rash guard than a short sleeved one? I'm leaning towards the long sleeved one since it offer more protection, but can training with one lead to bad habits since the fabric makes you quite slippery and stuff on the mat?

I usually roll with a regular shirt so pardon the noobness.

Last Saturday was my first day rolling No-Gi with a Tshirt. Shit man, it sure can leave a rash. I figured I'd pick up a rash guard but my chest isn't as nice looking as those in my class :wtc:

target has cheap rash guard/under armour like shirts, i forget what they're called but i have a few of them and they do the job. no reason to pay 50 for a rash guard

Walmart has the same under armor type stuff for under ten $ for long or short sleve. They are a bit thin, but work just fine.
