Long Muscles vs. Short Muscles...which are more weight lifting friendly?

    :hs: I consider them pretty long, i dont have that little baseball bicep like some dudes have, they seem to be longer and would be more full once they reach some more potential

    good question... dont want to hog your topic but i cant really tell which mine are either - long or short?.. I dont have that full peak like arnolds, but at the same time i dont have that full lower bicep look either.

    no, i'm talking about how some people have short bulky muscles while others have longer, more full muscles...it seems to be just how people are built and i was wondering if there was a difference between the two when it comes to weight lifting/body building

    muscles grow in width, not length, so the potential is the same.
