    Gravity workouts are where the real swole is at. Shit, the type of swole I walk around with requires 3x gravity curls... Super Sayin style.

    anti gravity xmas food tonight, not that bad but i did shit in a 5.5 million dollar house of my gf's "extended" family that i've never been in, and never met a single person there. pretty epic im pretty sure theyre all disgusted with me, just roll in their house eat their food play with a 4 year old kid then shit up a fucking storm and roll out.

    i had to go though.

    my lifting felt very ugly today. inclines felt ok until 365 and then they weren't hard just slow at the top and sloppy. the 315x9 was fine, if i was fresh i figure i could've gotten 315x10 which would've been a PR

    i usually do 3-4x a week cardio. it's a good reason why my BP, triglycerides, overall health is great even though i've been 290+. my resting heart rate is good too.

    no point in not doing some cardio. it's never really "hard" just 140 or so BPM for 25-30 minutes.

    my diet is also very healthy too except on fridays usually.
